Why am I not receiving performance reports on my content?

Daily reports on the performance of your licensed content are sent to your email. The email where you should receive such daily reports is the one provided during your onboarding. If you desire to change such email, please reach out to support@olyn.com stating as Subject: Change email on Olyn account. There is a small chance you might be receiving daily reports on your spam folder, please make sure this is not the case and if so, to confirm Olyn as a trusted source of emails.
