What happens if I want to end my partnership with the platform?
If you decide to end your partnership with Olyn, we respect your decision and aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
Here's what you need to know:
Notification: Contact our Partner Support team to express your intention to end the partnership. You can do this through your partner dashboard or via email.
Notice Period: There's typically a 30-day notice period to allow for the proper wrapping up of any ongoing campaigns or promotions.
Final Payments: Any outstanding earnings will be calculated and paid out according to our regular payment schedule.
Active Campaigns: If you have any ongoing promotional campaigns, we'll work with you to ensure a smooth transition or conclusion of these projects.
Account Deactivation: After the notice period and once all outstanding matters are resolved, your partner account will be deactivated.
Content Removal: Any partner-specific content or promotional materials provided by Olyn should be removed from your platforms within 14 days of account deactivation.
Data Retention: We retain certain data for legal and auditing purposes, but your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Reactivation Option: Should you wish to rejoin as a partner in the future, you'll need to go through the application process again, but we'll expedite the review based on your previous partnership.
Remember, ending your partnership doesn't affect your standing as a user on the Olyn platform. You can continue to enjoy Olyn's services as a regular user.We value your feedback, so we encourage you to share your reasons for leaving. This helps us improve our partner program for the future.
