Why isn’t my performance data updating in real-time?
If your performance data isn’t updating in real-time, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable and active internet connection, as interruptions can prevent data from loading properly.
Refresh the Page: Sometimes a simple page refresh can resolve temporary glitches in the display of data.
Log Out and Log Back In: Signing out and then back into your account can help reload your dashboard and update any missing data.
Clear Browser Cache: If refreshing doesn’t work, try clearing your browser’s cache or using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
