Why am I not receiving the receipt via email?

You should get an email with a receipt within minutes from your purchase. Depending on your email provider, this could take up to hours. If you still don't see the email, please check your Spam and make sure to mark Olyn's email as secure sender to receive future receipt emails. If you still cannot find the receipt email, please reach out to support@olyn.com (subject: I didn't receive my receipt email).
