Why was my payment declined?

Payments can be declined for many reasons from your card bank.

If the bank or financial institution declined the charge:

  • Check that your payment information such as card number, security code or expiration date are correct.

  • f not, go to the home film page. You may need to sign in if you haven't already. You can also try a different credit or debit card.

  • If everything is correct, you can retry your payment.

If you're still having trouble, make sure your payment method supports e-commerce transactions or even reach out to your card bank.
