No. It doesn't matter in which device you purchased a given title, you can access it from anywhere.

Yes, you can. It doesn't matter in which device you purchased a given title, you can access it from anywhere.
Is content on Olyn produced by Olyn?
Content streamed on Olyn is not produced by Olyn. Content is provided by filmmakers, creators and producers who own the rights of the content and agree to license it to Olyn.
Can I pay for a title with cryptocurrencies?
No, cryptocurrency is not an accepted payment method on Olyn checkout.
Will I be recommended other titles similar to what I have purchased and watched on Olyn?
Olyn does not use recommendation algorithms. Content creators can, however, include in the home page of a given title a list of recommended titles, which can be theirs or form thrid-parties.
Can I Sign Up on Olyn with Google or Apple?
No, social sign ups are not accepted on Olyn for the moment. Viewers can only Sign Up or Sign In with their email and phone number directly.
How much sales tax am I paying for a title?
Sales tax is a premium charged based on your location as a consumer. Sales tax differ from one country to another, and in the case of the United States, it can differ at a postal code level.
Is there a limit on how much I can earn via Olyn affiliate program?
No, there is not limit on how much you can earn by sharing and referring content via Olyn.
How can I suggest a feature on Olyn?

Yes, as a consumer traveling abroad you can access and watch a title you have previously paid in your country of origin or residence, where you made the purchase.
How can I report content on Olyn which I belive should be removed?
Olyn is currently curating the content uploaded into the platform. Still, if by any reason you believe a piece of content is infringing copyrights, sensitivity or promoting any harm based on any social, race or religious matter, please reach out to support@olyn.com with Subject: Report Conent and Olyn team will get back at you promptly.
How can I cancel an accidental purchase?
All transactions for Purchased Digital Content, Rental Digital Content are final, and we do not accept returns of such Digital Content. You may cancel an order for Purchased Digital Content or Rental Digital Content within 48 hours of purchase or rental (or, for customers in the UK and European Union, within 14 days from the date of purchase or rental) by contacting Olyn customer service via e-mail at support@olyn.com (subject: Cancel My Order); except that you may not cancel an order for Purchased Digital Content or Rental Digital Content once you have started watching or downloading such Digital Content.
Is there an age restriction to access content on Olyn?
You must be eighteen (18) years old or otherwise capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Is Olyn sharing my personal data?
Olyn only shares data to be capable of offering its service. More information can be found on our terms of service and privacy policy.
Are there ads on titles streamed on Olyn?
No, there are no ads on Olyn, nor in any title streamed via Olyn.

Does Olyn have a smart TV app?
No, Olyn currently does not have a smart TV app available in app marketplaces. This does not stop you from enjoying watching a title on Olyn in your smart TV, as you can cast it from a browser.
Can I save a title to pay later on Olyn Media?
Currently, we do not have an environment for you to save title links to pay and watch them later. We encourage you to pin or store somewhere that link you've come accross to access a title later on.
Is there a mobile app to watch titles purchased via Olyn?
No, currently Olyn does not provide a mobile app to watch titles purchased at Olyn. Stay tunned though, we will be launching a mobile app soon.
Which internet browser does Olyn Media support?
Olyn Media is supported in any major internet browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Mozilla, Opera, Brave, etc.
How can I delete a credit or debit card I have stored at Olyn checkout?
Currently, we do not have an automated process for you to delete a credit or debit card you have decided to securely store on Olyn checkout. If still you want to do that, please reach out to support@olyn.com (subject: Delete credit or debit card details from Olyn account).
How can I receive an additional copy of a receipt?
If you wish to receive an additional copy of your receipt via email, please reach out to support@olyn.com (subject: Receipt copy + [title])
Can I change the language of my account?
Currently, Olyn title home pages are only in English. We will be launching dynamic language translation soon.
How can I excercise my right to be forgotten?
You can excersice your right to be forgotten by reaching out to support@olyn.com (subject: Right to be forgotten).
How can I delete my account at Olyn?
You can request your account to be deleted at any time, by reaching out to support@olyn.com (subject: Please delete my account).
Can I add an additional credit or debit card into my Olyn account?
Yes, you can. Currently, you can securely add more payment methods at time of purhase only.
Why is the title streaming in low resolution than expected?
Resolution can be lower than expected for many reasons, and it can also change dynamically.
Can I pay a title on Olyn with Google Pay?
Currently, we do not support native Google Pay. We do support autofill function from Google Pay though. Also, if you need to check your credit or debit card details on Google Pay, you should be able to do that either in Google Pay or your banking-payment mobile app in order to pay in Olyn checkout.
Can I pay a title on Olyn with Apple Pay?
Also, if you need to check your credit or debit card details on Apple Pay, you should be able to do that either in Apple Pay or your banking-payment mobile app in order to pay in Olyn checkout.
Can I pay after watching a title?
No, you can't. Currently, you can only access a title once you have paid. You can watch the trailer beforehand though.
Can I pay a title on Olyn with PayPal?
No, you can't. Currently, PayPal is not a payment method accepted on Olyn Media.
Why can't I pay with my credit card?
If you see a message in the Olyn checkout "Payment failed. Please try another card", we recommend trying a different credit or debit card.
Can I have two or more accounts at Olyn?
Yes, you can. You can have multiple accounts at Olyn, you just need to Sign Up with an additional and different mobile phone.
How can I change my email on my Olyn account?
Currently, we don't have an automated process for that. If you want to change your email on your Olyn account please reach out to support@olyn.com (subject: Change email on my Olyn account).
How can I change my phone number on my Olyn account?

How can I access a title on Olyn if I lost the link?
You can access a title you have previously purchased from anyone's link which points out to the same title. Also, you can check you email where Olyn sent a receipt of the purchase with the link. Lastly, you can check your messages on your phone, where Olyn sent a payment confirmation with the link as well.
How can I log out from an Olyn page?
Currently, you might not find a log out button. You can log out by deleting the local storage of your browser.
Can I change the resolution when watching a title on Olyn?
Yes, you can. You are able to change the resolution of a given title on the streaming window.
Can I cast a title on Olyn to a TV?
Yes, you can cast your title using Chromecast technology if you're using an Android phone or a Chromium browser, or AirPlay if you're using an iPhone or Safari browser.
Is there any fee to use my Olyn Balance?
No, there is no hidden fees for using your Olyn Balance to pay for a title. Any potential fees will be informed at time of purchase on Olyn Checkout.
Can I add money to my Olyn Balance?
No, you cannot top up funds into your Olyn Balance. Your Olyn Balance is only generated through earnings made by sharing Olyn links by joining the Olyn Affiliate Program.
How can I grow my Olyn Balance?
You can only grow Olyn Balance through earnings made by sharing Olyn links by joining the Olyn Affiliate Program.
How can I check my Olyn Balance?
You can always check your Olyn Balance in your daily reports, in the Olyn Dashboard or in your Olyn account once logged into a Olyn title.
Where can I use my Olyn Balance?
You can use your Olyn Balance in those title pages where Olyn Checkout and/or Olyn Pay is integrated, like Olyn Media.
What is my Olyn Balance?
Your Olyn Balance is the amount of funds you have earned through sharing Olyn links after joining the Olyn Affiliate Program.
Which payment methods can I use on Olyn?
Currently, you can use credit or debit cards, from any country and from major schemes; as well as Olyn Balance to pay on Olyn.
How can I change my payout method?
Currently, Olyn does not have an automated process to change such. If you want to do so, please reach out to support@olyn. (subject: Change payout method).
How frequent can I get paid my earnings from the affiliate program?
Currently, you can request to get paid every two weeks at most. We are working on providing higher payout frequencies.
How can I get paid for what I earn through sharing content?
Currently, Olyn only supports payous via bank account. We are working on implementing additional payout methods.
As a referral affiliate, can I earn in my local currency?
Currently, all earnings done via the Olyn Affiliate Program are in USD. However, if you choose to get paid into a bank account of a different currency, you will receive your local currency and a FX echange from your bank will be applied, and will be notified to you by your bank.
Why can't I see the charge in my banking or payment card app?
Sometimes banks authorise a payment but take some minutes or hours to display such authorisation in the banking app.
Why was I charged twice for my purchase?
You should only be charged once for a given title while using the same Olyn account. In the unlikely case you see you have been charged twice, please reach out to support@olyn.com (subject: Charged twice).
How is Olyn Payments secure?
Olyn Media utilises advanced encryption and security protocols to ensure safe and reliable payment processing and content delivery. Also, Olyn uses PCI technology to enable payments worlwide and securly store cards for future purhcases.
How can I get a refund for my purchase?
Why is the price I paid higher than expected?
There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that is more than you expected.

Payments can be declined for many reasons from your card bank.
Can I save my credit or debit card for future payments?
Yes, you can securely safe your credit or debit card details for future purchases on Olyn Checkout. This way you will not be asked to re-enter all details in future purchases, making your experience smoother.
How can I pay for a title on Olyn Media?
You can pay for a title on Olyn Media by either using a credit or a debit card, as well as your Olyn Balance.
Why can't I access a title on my region?
You might not be able to pay-to-access a given title for many reasons. Most common would be that Olyn does not own the rights to distribute and stream this title on your region. Also, there's a list of countries and regions where Olyn cannot operate due to OFAC policies.
How much will I earn from views generated on my referral link?
The amount to be earned for sharing a link, and somebody viewing that title via your link will vary depending on the link. You will always get this amount notified once you've purhcased the title in an email.
Why am I not receiving the receipt via email?
You should get an email with a receipt within minutes from your purchase. Depending on your email provider, this could take up to hours. If you still don't see the email, please check your Spam and make sure to mark Olyn's email as secure sender to receive future receipt emails. If you still cannot find the receipt email, please reach out to support@olyn.com (subject: I didn't receive my receipt email).
How can I get a receipt from my purchase?
You should always receive a receipt from your purchase on the email of your Olyn Account.
Why am I not receiving the purchase confirmation via SMS?
You should always receive a purchase confirmation via SMS on the phone number of your Olyn account. This SMS should be received within minutes, but depending on the region or the network provider this could take up to hours.
Why I am not receiving the SMS to authenticate?
You should always receive the autentication code (OTP) via SMS on the phone number of your Olyn account within seconds. If you still don't receive it after 30 seconds, you can click on resend again on the Olyn Sign Up page.
Why do I have issues during Sign Up or Creating an Account?
It may happen you find issues receiving the SMS, please follow the instructions below.
Do I have to Sign In or Create an Account to watch a title?
Yes, all consumers need to Sign Up to pay and watch a title.
Why do I have issues playing a title?
If you're experiencing issues while playing a title, there's a lsit of things you can check.
How long can I access a title?
Purchase: You will be able to access a purchased title as long as Olyn holds rights on its distribution. Rentals: You will be able to access a rented title as long as the rental period lasts, which is stated at time of payment.
